Consistent sprinter Brigadoon Jack will back up at Eagle Farm on Wednesday provided he pulls up well from his grinding victory at the Godl Coast on Saturday.

The underrated four year old displayed usual will to win when he found plenty in the shadows of the post to stave off a late challenge from Rapid Leica Jacko in the Titans Charity Ball Hcp over 1200m.

Trainer Bruce Hill has a high opinion of the son of Falvelon and said the reliable vcampaigner had plenty of room for improvement.

"I knew he would keep going because he just will not lay down and that is not in his make up," he said.

"If it rains and it turns into a heavy track then he wouldn't go (to Eagle Farm on Wednesday) but if everything is 100 per cent with him he will go.

"He is a very nice horse and he has got a bit left in him."
